Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All electronic products (smartwatches, power banks, massagers) come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and manufacturer warranty. If it breaks, we replace it.

Does the MagSafe Power Bank work with my iPhone?

It’s compatible with iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 series (including Plus, Pro, and Pro Max). Works best with no case or a MagSafe-compatible case.

Is the Cooler Table easy to assemble?

Yes. Assembly takes under 15 minutes with the included hardware. No special tools required.

What if my item arrives damaged?
